Designed desktop and mobile together, with the address field kept in reach at every step of the page.

What it needed

Turn a homeowner’s doubt into an address typed in.

Most owners have no idea their plot could carry several homes, and fewer still know how to talk to a developer. Promy is free for them and paid by the developers, so the page has one job: make that potential visible on the owner’s own land, ask for one thing only, the address, and make the free study feel safe to request.

What I did

Promise

An aerial view of a real plot with its outline drawn on it and a card stating what could be built there, so the idea is seen before it is read.

One field

The address field sits in the first screen and returns at each step of the page; nothing else is asked for until the study is ready.

Process

How it works runs in a few plain steps, from the address to the study to the developers’ offers, with the timing of each.

Trust

What the study contains, testimonials from owners and a section for developers answer the doubts in the order they come.

Mobile

The mobile page is designed on its own, not shrunk, because most owners arrive from a phone.
